Adam is a senior associate in our corporate practice, specialising in venture capital and private equity transactions.
Adam advises clients across a range of corporate matters, including private equity and venture capital transactions, employee incentive plans, governance matters and exit strategies. He has developed a particular focus working with private capital sponsors as well as early stage and start-up businesses across private M&A and capital raising.

- Advent Capital on the A$180 million sale of Medtech Global to software private equity firm, Banyan Software (a W&I insured transaction) following a competitive sale process.
- Infravision with its US$80 million Series A capital raise, led by GIC.
- Quadrant Private Equity on its acquisitions of Birch & Waite and a minority interest in Canva Inc.
- Linktree on its US$110 million capital raise at a valuation of US$1.3bn.
- Kasada on its US$20 million Series E round (including a secondary sale) to EQT.
- Advising on various investments for, amongst other investors, NAB Ventures, Prosus Ventures, Breakthrough Victoria, Grok Ventures, Skip Capital, SeventySix Capital, OIF Ventures and Investible.
Background
Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University. He is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
