Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer advises underwriters of Nanjing Leads Biolabs' Hong Kong IPO

Leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer has advised Morgan Stanley Asia Limited, CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and CLSA Limited as joint sponsors and underwriters of Nanjing Leads Biolabs Co., Ltd. (09887.HK)'s H share listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Leads Biolabs is a clinical-stage biotechnology company working on the discovery, development and commercialisation of new therapies in oncology, autoimmune and other severe diseases.

The company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 25 July 2025. This is the third healthcare IPO on which the firm has advised in the past two months.
