Leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer has advised Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited, Haitong International Capital Limited, Haitong International Securities Company Limited, Guotai Junan Capital Limited, Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited and other underwriters on Shanghai Longcheer Technology Co., Ltd. (09611.HK, 603341.SS)'s listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Longcheer’s Hong Kong listing is a dual‑listing following the company’s 2024 debut on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The company's product portfolio includes smartphones, AI PCs, automotive electronics, tablets, smart watches/bands and smart eyewear. Longcheer was the world’s second largest consumer electronics ODM company by shipments in 2024, with a 22.4% market share, and the world’s largest smartphone ODM company with a 32.6% market share.
