Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer closes $430 million solar securitization transaction

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer represented the structuring agent and the initial purchasers in a $430 million capital markets securitization of solar assets, including solar assets subject to tax equity transactions. The transaction closed on February 24, 2026.
