Everstone will support Qlar’s long-term development through investments in technology, innovation, and talent, while also helping to drive the expansion of Qlar’s well-established aftermarket and service business.
Qlar (formerly Schenck Process), headquartered in Darmstadt, Germany, with production facilities in India, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Czech Republic, is a leading global supplier of material handling and processing equipment for industrial applications in the metals and cement sectors.
Everstone Capital is the private equity arm of the Everstone Group, an investment firm headquartered in Singapore.
