We are delighted to invite you to the launch of the latest edition of the Asia Pacific Employment Law Guide. The Guide provides a detailed overview of the laws of 22 jurisdictions (including the newly added Brunei chapter) around the region, answering the most commonly asked questions, including those relating to minimum terms and conditions, disciplinary procedures, termination of employment, discrimination and harassment, whistleblowing, occupational health and safety, data protection, outsourcing and industrial relations. The Guide will be launched at a virtual seminar which will be taking place at 11.00am on Wednesday, 24 November 2021.
Our experienced Asia Employment, Pensions and Incentives team will come together to discuss the key changes across the region in the labour and employment space, as well as looking forward and considering what the next key trends might be. We will also share a brief overview of the updated Future of Work Report, and the areas that employers in Asia should be focussing on.
This is a closed group event – please do not share your invitation with others. A copy of the Guide will be sent to every organisation that attends, after the event.
We look forward to welcoming you at the launch.
