Alessandro Buiani
Alessandro is senior associate in the Milan office and he's part of the Banking & Finance practice.
He focuses on banking, structured finance and debt restructuring. He regularly assists Italian and foreign banks, financial institutions, investment funds, sponsors and companies of primary standing in respect of acquisition and investment financing, real estate financing, corporate and leveraged finance, margin loans and public tender offers financing.
His practice also covers structured finance transactions, securitisation transactions and the issuance of notes, mini-bonds and other debt securities.
He further advises on debt restructurings, special situations, distressed investments and non-performing exposures.
His professional experience spans multiple industries, with a particular focus on motorway concessions, railway concessions and mobility services.

Alessandro holds a Law degree with full marks from the University of Florence and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2021.
