- PIB Group on the acquisition of the insurance brokerage business unit of Schippers Correduría de Seguros
- an insurance broker in Spain on all its M&A transactions during the last 10 years, including some of the most relevant and complex operations within the insurance intermediation sector
- an insurance company on recurrent regulatory and contentious legal advice in relation to its surety and credit insurance policies, as well as transforming the entity into an insurance company and obtaining the licence to operate in European territory. Our advice included policy wording review, draft agreements with insurance distributors, files before the Spanish Insurance Regulator, defense work in contentious matters, recovery actions and managing the Board of directors of the company

She has a degree in law by IE University and a master's degree for Admission to the Bar and Business Legal Advice (LLM) by Universidad de Navarra. She speaks Spanish, English and Hebrew. She is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogacía de Madrid.
