Dr Dejan Einfeldt
Dr Dejan Einfeldt is a lawyer in the Competition, Regulation and Trade practice group at our Düsseldorf office.
He specialises in public commercial law, with a particular focus on foreign investment screening (Foreign Direct Investment – FDI).
He advises domestic and international clients on all regulatory aspects of cross-border transactions. His expertise also extends to aviation law, energy law, environmental law and foreign trade law.

Background
Dejan graduated from the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster and holds a Doctor of Laws (Dr. iur.). He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm. Before joining the firm, he practised at a leading German based international law firm.
He is the author of numerous publications on regulatory topics, in particular on German and European FDI.
Dejan is fluent in German and English.
