Gavin leads our Shanghai office and is a partner of our joint operation office established with Kewei Law Firm in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone.
Gavin is an experienced corporate transactional lawyer. He advises on cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructuring, and corporate and commercial matters relating to China.
He also supports Chinese companies in outbound investment around the world, including in Africa, Southeast Asia, Australia, the Middle East and Latin America.
Gavin advises clients across a broad range of sectors, with a focus on transactions in pharma and healthcare, renewable energy, and mining, as well as consumer, industrial and manufacturing.
Gavin is qualified in the People's Republic of China and New York State, USA.
