Hendrik Westendorf
Hendrik Westendorf is an Associate in our Real Estate practice group in Frankfurt.
Hendrik advises domestic and international real estate companies, institutional investors, and private equity clients on a broad range of real estate matters. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border real estate transactions, real estate developments, asset management projects, and sale-and-lease-back structures.
A further key focus of his practice is commercial leasing, particularly in relation to office, retail, and other business premises.

Hendrik studied law at the Georg-August-University in Göttingen, Germany, completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, Germany and has been admitted to the bar since 2024.
Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, Hendrik worked for the Real Estate Practice Group of a leading German law firm.
He is fluent in German and English.
