Lena advises clients in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity and corporate law.
Her focus is on complex, international corporate transactions including joint ventures, strategic partnerships and corporate structuring. Further, she regularly supports private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on acquisitions, disposals, and investment structures, advising across the full transaction lifecycle from due diligence to signing and closing.

Background
As part of her studies, Lena first completed a degree in business administration at Heinrich Heine University in 2016 after which she focused her legal studies on corporate law. She passed the First State Examination in 2021 at the same university and the Second State Examination at the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf in 2024.
During her legal clerkship, Lena worked for a multinational corporation and a German promotional bank, among others.
