He has extensive experience advising clients on structured finance, banking, and debt capital markets transactions. His practice focuses on supporting leading Italian and international financial institutions and companies in securitization transactions of both performing and distressed assets, as well as in structuring competitive processes for the sale of non-performing loans. In addition, he advises lenders and borrowers on real estate, acquisition, and corporate financing transactions, as well as the issuance of debt instruments.
