Luis is a junior associate in the corporate M&A practice in the Madrid office.
He advises corporates and funds on transactions mainly related to M&A and private equity, as well as on company law, restructuring and domestic and cross-border transactions.

Background
He holds a degree in Law from the University of Valencia, along with a dual Master's degree in Admission to the Bar and Business Law (LL.M.) from IE Law School. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM). He speaks Spanish and English.
Before joining the firm, he worked at a leading international law firm.
