Paolo is an associate in the Milan office and part of our Banking & Finance practice.
He has extensive experience in structured finance, banking, and debt capital markets transactions. His practice focuses on advising leading Italian and international financial institutions and corporates on securitisation transactions—both public and private—involving performing and distressed assets, trade receivables, as well as real estate and synthetic securitisations.

Paolo holds an LL.M. in Banking and Finance from the London School of Economics and a Law degree, with full marks and honours, from the University of Florence. He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2022.
