Background

Phillip studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and completed his Legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz. Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Phillip worked as a lawyer for a major international and a leading German law firm in the field of Corporate law.
