Sarah Urbansky-Neerfeld is an associate in the Intellectual Property team focusing on patent litigation and complex cross-border disputes. 

She advises national and international clients on all aspects of Intellectual Property Law in the fields of telecommunications, media, high tech and life science, with a particular focus on complex matters and preliminary injunctions.

Sarah is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Background

Sarah graduated from the University of Cologne focusing on Intellectual Property Law. During that time, she completed her Erasmus Scholarship in Lisbon.

She then successfully completed her Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Cape Town, gaining further experience in the international legal framework. Prior to her second state examination, she already worked as an in-house lawyer and in a law firm, both in IP.
