- Renault on the creation of Flexis, a joint venture partnership with Volvo and subsequently CMA CGM for the development, manufacturing and commercialisation of new generation of mid-size electric utility vehicles to be manufactured on Renault's Sandouville site, with the objective of becoming the global lead player on this segment.
- TeamSystem Group on the acquisition of the entire share capital and voting rights of the Clémentine Group, specialised in online accounting services
- The historic shareholder of Infineo, a specialist in decision-making reporting and data visualisation software for businesses, on the disposal to Sage, a leader in accounting, financial, HR and payroll technology for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs)
Background
William is admitted to the Paris Bar and graduated from Sciences Po Paris with a Master in Business Law (companies, financial markets and regulation). He also graduated from ESSEC Business School with a Master in Business Law and Management.
