Dr Timo Bühler
Dr. Timo Bühler is a partner in the Financial Services Regulatory Team at our Frankfurt office and advises both on business growth opportunities and crisis management issues.
Timo regularly represents domestic and international banks, insurance undertakings, fintechs and market intermediaries in internal and external investigations as well as contentious financial regulatory proceedings. He has significant experience in advising clients from the financial sector and their stakeholders on business combinations, financial restructurings and capital market transactions. Timo also offers regulatory guidance to asset managers and securities institutions and supports them in structuring and establishing investment funds.
