Nicole is an Associate at our Joint Operation firm Kewei in Shanghai.
Nicole specializes in commercial dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration both within China and internationally. She has advised multinational corporations, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals on complex and cross-border disputes. Her practice covers disputes in the private equity, manufacturing, energy, and pharmaceutical sectors. Additionally, she has experience advising on compliance matters related to financial regulations.

- an Egyptian company before a PRC court relating to the recognition and enforcement of a foreign-seated award

Background
Nicole obtained her LL.B from East China University of Political Science and Law, and then gained a master degree at the Georgetown University.
Nicole is qualified in China and New York. She is fluent in English and is a native Mandarin Chinese speaker.
