Rakshi is a non-contentious regulatory lawyer with a focus in financial services.

She advises clients across a wide range of regulatory matters in the financial services sector, helping them navigate evolving regulatory and compliance challenges.

Rakshi's experience includes advising on the UK regulatory perimeter and post-Brexit structuring, sustainable finance and ESG regulation, UK MiFID II, financial market infrastructure and payment systems, recovery and resolution frameworks, regulatory capital, regulatory considerations on M&A transactions, and authorisations, among other things.
