Leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer has advised Btomorrow Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of British American Tobacco, on a $100 million growth capital round for German grocery delivery service Flink.

The lead investor in this round is the investment firm Prosus, which is again investing in Flink alongside other existing investors. Btomorrow Ventures joins as a new investor.

The new financing is intended to drive Flink's targeted expansion in its core markets of Germany and the Netherlands.

Established in 2020, Btomorrow Ventures manages £350m across two strategic investment funds, partnering with early-stage companies, typically Pre Series A to Series B+.
