Julia is an associate in our Employment, Pension and Incentives practice based in Frankfurt.
Julia advises national and international companies on all issues of individual and collective employment law as well as on data privacy law.
She particularly supports employers in the drafting of employment contracts, the planning and implementation of personnel measures, general issues relating to works constitution law and issues relating to temporary agency work issues.

- an international car leasing group on serious compliance incidents, including internal investigations, employment law remediation and related personnel measures, litigation before German regional courts, and support with GDPR data subject access requests (Art. 15 GDPR)
- a pharmaceutical company on a restructuring involving a significant workforce reduction in Germany and representation of the employer in dismissal protection litigation as well as ongoing on employment law matters
- a German investment company in the renewable energies sector on a litigation arising from the departure of an entire team to a competitor (including applications for preliminary injunctions to protect trade secrets), a significant workforce reduction in Germany as well as claims relating to dismissal protection and bonus entitlements
- a major French bank on works council negotiations, litigation relating to dismissal protection and bonus claims, and general employment law advice

Background
Julia studied law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. Already during her studies and her legal clerkship, she focused on employment and data privacy law.
She is fluent in German and English.
