In her day-by-day practice, Annamaria advises in relation to trademark clearances and in the analysis of trademark portfolios, as well as on pre-filing, filing, prosecution, opposition proceedings, nullity and revocation actions, and in connection with the filing and prosecution of design in the European Union. She provides strategic advice and manages worldwide trademark portfolios.
Over the years, she has assisted national and international clients belonging to a variety of industry sectors such as food & beverages, pharmaceutical, chemical, design, fashion, automotive and entertainment, in trademark, design and copyright matters.
Her experience includes advising in trademark due diligence activities.
Since 2017, Annamaria has regularly been recognised by the World Trademark Review among the leading professionals in the field of prosecution and strategy.
Annamaria served as a member of INTA’s Trademark Office Practices Committee for the 2024–2025 term and has been reappointed for the 2026–2027 term.

Annamaria graduated in Modern Foreign Languages and Literature from the University of Calabria. She is licensed to practice as a trademark attorney in Italy and the European Union since 2007 and as a design attorney in the European Union since 2007. Before joining the firm, she collaborated with leading Italian and international firms.
Annamaria is a member of the INTA Trademark Office Practices Committee (2024-2025).
